Google Pixel C

The Google Pixel C is a wide screen tablet and keyboard (optional) that work well together to improve productivity,

The tablet is also great for media consumption because of the wide screen with an aspect ratio of  4:3,

The tablet has a very premium feel and is a great flagship for Googles new line of tablets and phones.

The Tablet

The tablet is itself very thin only 7 MM.

Between this and the fact that it is very light without the keyboard makes it comfortable to hold for a long period of time.

Although it is very thin, its extremely durable, mine having survived a fling across the kitchen after leaving the side zip on my bag open, and turning around quickly.

The particularly premium feel of the tablet and keyboard (brushed steel) make it very good looking and feels great to touch.

For those of you who want to talk specs this thing is running the following.

OS Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow), upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo)
Chipset Nvidia Tegra X1
CPU Quad-core 1.9 GHz
GPU Nvidia Maxwell

It is sporting a rear camera of 8 MP

and a selfie camera of 2 MP

These are more than enough for any aspiring shutterbug.

Paired with the wide screen this would be an excellent tablet to edit photos and videos using some of the software on google play.

The battery life on this thing is great, I can easily make it last 3 days on a charge, especially if im not using the keyboard.

The Keyboard

The keyboard  is a standard qwerty style keyboard that attaches to the back when not in use the front to protect the screen or onto the base of the tablet, with strong magnets, the tablet can then be folded against the keyboard o hold it any angle, this makes it great for typing up reviews (That’s why I have one) or anything else you would rather do on a keyboard than a touch screen,

The keyboard features many shortcuts that allow you to get things done quickly

It connects to the tablet instantly via LEB (low energy Bluetooth)

My only major quibble with it is that without using something else its not possible to angle the keyboard slightly for good typing posture., this results in slightly achy wrists after a while.

But apart from this I cannot find a single problem with the tablet or keyboard.

However I would have liked it to have no bezels.
