I have been asked to test the Fitbit charge 2

Mine arrived a few days ago. I’ve been wearing it non stop all that time.

It monitors steps, calories in and out your general exercise including steps, your route on jogs and runs, as well as sleep in high detail.

what you measure and how you measure it including your goals is be customized  via the Fitbit app for android and IOS. This displays all your info in an easy to understand way, using charts graphs and tables to show you how your progressing towards your goals.

I have found it useful in terms of keeping track of my calories and making sure i don’t put in more than I burn. It also prompts me to stand up and walk around after an hour of sitting at my desk (which I would normally forget).

It keeps track of my heart rate too, especially useful when working out, it allows me to look back at when i peak, when I am in the fat burn zone, and when I really needed tp focus to keep going.

As well as all the fitness based features included, it also has a relaxed breathing feature, which encourages healthy rejuvenating breathing pattern through prompts on the band itself. As well as silent alarms.

The only things you actually do on the band itself are check your stats and start workout sessions etc.

I think this is the ideal accessory for anyone interested in fitness or just in improving their health slightly.

they retail around £150. which i think is reasonable if your trying to improve your heath.
